Terms of service

These terms govern your use of CareSlot to discover salons, schedule services, request home visits, and make online payments.

Bookings and payments

Prices, travel fees, and cancellation terms are shown before confirmation. You may pay a deposit or the full amount upfront; the balance (if any) is paid at the appointment. Your booking is confirmed only after payment authorization or any required deposit is completed.

Home appointments

You must provide a safe, accessible service location and accurate address details. Barbers may decline or end a visit where conditions are unsafe or unsuitable.

Cancellations

You may cancel for a full refund up to the notice window shown at checkout (default 24 hours). Cancellations inside the window may incur a fee as displayed per salon. Completed bookings cannot be cancelled.

Marketplace role

Independent barbers and shops are responsible for delivering their services. CareSlot provides the discovery, booking, communication, and payment platform.
